You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

A: Our delivery time is from 8:00 a.m. to 8 p.m. Vietnamese time, 7 days a week.
Please note that some products require that you order in advance to guarantee the highest quality.

Q: How do I know that my order has been placed?
A: You will receive an email notification that the order has been placed, as well as the total dollar amount and a list of what was ordered.

A: We will send you an email receipt with the recipient’s signature and photo (if you request).

Q: Can I send a personalized message with my order?
A: Yes. During checkout, you can input a message for the recipient in the "gift message" text area. We will then transcribe your message in a card and send it to the recipient along with your gifts.
Q: What other information do I need to include in my order?
A: To help us serve you better, please make sure that the following information is on the order form: the recipient’s name, the full address, and the phone number (both home and mobile)
For cakes, please write what you want written on it in the "gift message" field under receiver information.
Q: Do you consider special orders?
A: If you want us to deliver any products other than the ones that are listed at our website (as long as it is appropriate and legal), please talk to one of our representatives via online chat or email to learn more.
Q: What type of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards (i.e, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) via PayPal. We apologize that other forms of payment (i.e., money order, personal cheque, or western union) is not accepted at this time. We are in the process of expanding our payment methods to accommodate all your needs.

Q: How Do I Pay?
A: We provide the easiest and most secure way for you to pay online via PayPal gateway. If you already have a PayPal account, simply log into your PayPal's account. Otherwise, just enter in your billing information when you reach PayPal. All your financial information is securely processed by PayPal. PayPal is a gateway that accepts online payment. We do not store or involve with processing your credit card.

Q: Do you deliver the exact product as shown on your website?
A: We guarantee that the product you order will be the same one that is delivered out. However, we cannot guarantee the same color, variations, and designs within the product - depend on seasonal availability and individual difference in artistic expression (of florists and cake decorators).
